Your property is important to you and allowing someone else to care for it is a big deal. We're available to meet you in person or virtually for an interview to get things started. Give us a chance to earn your trust with our experience before handing over keys.

Q: What does "Fully Furnished" mean?
A: Most of our listings are "Fully Furnished" which means they include beds, linens, kitchen cookware, furniture, and anything else you would need for a short-term stay. Although we often have people for long-term stays, they too can enjoy the convenience of a turn-key home that takes away some of the stresses of a big move.
Q: What is required to secure a home?
A: We've made our application process simple, often approving new tenancies with less than a 24 hour turn-around. Leases are offered on flexible terms to compliment your needs. Request a booking through our contact form to get started.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: All monthly rental agreements require a deposit of first and last months rent. Weekly rentals are paid up front in full with flexible payment options. None of our agreements have damage deposits, security deposits or key fees, even though tenants may be held responsible for extra costs incurred.
Q: Can I have a pet stay in one of your homes?
A: More than 1/3rd of our homes are pet friendly. If you have a pet, or plan to get one during your stay, check our individual listing details. Pet friendly homes are clearly noted so you can find a suitable place.
Q: Will I have to share a home with others?
A: Sharing your space with roommates is only an option if you decide to have them join you on your lease. We don't actively partner tenants with others. We don't rent individual rooms in any of our homes. Shared spaces are clearly listed in our agreements, ie. "Laundry access may have shared access in a building with multiple tenants."
Q: Do you have homes with wheelchair access or for seniors with mobility challenges?
A: We are doing our best to accommodate persons with special needs and mobility challenges. Because of high demand for these units they are limited. Please let us know what your needs are so we can help you find appropriate homes for you when available.
